BOSCONIAN YOUTH CLUB The Bosconian Youth Club (BYC) reaches out to the needy, especially the disadvantaged and vulnerable children, youth, women and the aged in the neighbourhood, empowering them with programmes and projects tailored to their aspirations. As a social service platform of the College, the BYC collaborates, networks and partners with governmental and non-govern-mental agencies to make the neighbourhood areas economically efficient, socially equitable and environmentally sustainable entities.
