Principal's Message

Don Bosco College Byndihati (formerly known as St. Anthony’s College Extension Campus) belongs to the international Don Bosco Educational Society working in 136 countries. We are a part of this gigantic movement with the lofty goals of educating and shaping the lives of the young. We believe that knowledge is power. The book in our college logo stands for knowledge, information and reasoning. We do not believe in mere bookish knowledge; but we inculcate humanitarian values such as wisdom, service, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in the students. Through continuous mentoring and nurturing, we equip students with life-skills to be productive in life and to be compassionate towards other people; especially those in greater need. Thus the college becomes a torch and a torch-bearer that brings light and enlightens people and the society. Holistic and quality education has been the goal and commitment of Don Bosco College, Byndihati since its inception in 2015. It is a joy to witness our students achieving great heights in the academics and other aspects within these 8 years our existence. With gratitude and humility, I salute my predecessors and all the Fathers, Faculty Members, Support Staff, who have worked and still working to achieve our goals. The yeoman’s service rendered by each one, in one’s own capacity, has led us forward. We continue our journey on this road of success through relentless efforts with Don Bosco as our model. As the human right activist, Malcolm X, would say, “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”. We challenge ourselves to commit our today for the tomorrow of our young people. This is the challenge we make for everyone who wants to be a part of our Bosconian Family at Byndihati.
